I build AI systems and then I keep them running. The second part is the harder part, and the part that most AI engineers hand off to someone else.
I also write about what I learn. The writing is public because the field learns faster when failures are documented honestly and attributed to real systems.
What I am not
I am not a researcher. I do not publish papers. I build things for organisations that have to justify the cost in eighteen months.
I am not a consultant who recommends tools and leaves. I run the systems I recommend.
